TAX CONSULTANTS is the oldest and largest privately owned ALL-YEAR
income tax preparation business in the world. Established in
1941 by my father, DAVID S. BRENNER, CPA, and my mother BETTY
BRENNER, under the name of the TAX CENTER, it was the first
of its kind, which sparked the evolution
of the volume Tax Preparation Industry.
R&G BRENNER has always been on
the cutting edge of Income Tax Consulting, and of course, all
our returns are computerized, and all electronically filed products
are offered as part of our commitment to fine and fast service.
THE BRENNER FAMILY still owns and operates all of the offices
of R&G BRENNER. We still believe a service business operates
best when under caring family control.

BRENNER associates.
ROBERT M. BRENNER,
C.E.O. I have been directly involved in the business for over 60 years. I received my Masters Degree in 1960, and have been chief executive since 1957. However, a family business of this magnitude needs fine young executives who have the experience, strength and vigor necessary for our company to remain innovative and at the top of its industry. Here’s the rest of the family.
BENJAMIN K. BRENNER,
President son of Robert and Carol, represents
the third generation of Brenners in the company. Starting in the maintenance department in his pre-teens, he went on to lay the foundations of our computer, tax printing/processing and advertising departments; which he still supervises, as well as software and website development. A graduate of New York University with a degree in Psychology, he handles all upper level facets of the business.
CAROL A. BRENNER, Vice
President has been our Vice President
since 1972, and has among her many responsibilities, management
of all monies of the company, office appearance policies, payroll
and continual upgrading and modernization of our business.
BRIAN KELLY, Vice
President
Carol's brother, has been our comptroller for more than 17 years.
He fields daily questions from all of our offices concerning
billing and tax law, as well as being a skilled tax consultant
and financial advisor, making him a most versatile executive.
GREGORY F. BRENNER, Director of Operations is responsible for our promotion and outside quality control department. He also is the head of the Maintenance Department.
YASMIN BRENNER, Accounts Manager has
been working for R&G
Brenner for 7 years. Starting out as the Assistant Manager
of our largest retail branch, she is now the Accounts Manager
for the company, and manages the Payroll & Administrative
Departments based out of the Corporate Office. She has a Bachelors
of Science from New York University, where she met her husband
Benjamin Brenner.
ROSE BRENNER DEVITO, Director of Human Resources handles all facets of employee personnel including hiring, contract negotiations, as well as client good will.
MICHAEL R.
DEVITO, Mergers & Acquisitions, Property & Insurance Manager Beginning as a Branch Office Assistant Manager, Mike worked his way up to Information Technology Manager to his current position. He has been with the company for more than 10 years and is responsible for Managing all Lease Agreements, as well as the company's various insurance needs. He is always looking for new locations as well as established practices looking to sell so that we may grow and continue to provide our services to more potential clients.

LOUIS A. ARENA, Chief Operating Officer is responsible for all day to day operations. He is also the designer and developer of the accounting software for R&G Brenner. Mr. Arena comes to us with a diverse background that includes entertainment, music, banking, finance, telecommunications, real estate and software development industries. He has experience in managing both global implementations, as well as small business reengineering. A graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a double minor in finance and accounting.
