@ ALISHIA

I can understand your frustration. I was informed that Jackson Hewitt is trying to convert all potential RAL clients into RAC clients. They are supposed to disclose all fees and explain this to you at your tax appointment. At R&G Brenner, not only do we still offer RAL's, but we require that all clients file an R&G Brenner Client Filing Option form, which explains all available filing methods and any additional costs. R&G Brenner would love the opportunity to earn you business in the future.

If you feel like you were intentionally misled, contact your local department of consumer affairs. The tax preparation industry has become subject to many more regulations and you could help prevent future potential misleading lending practices.
