The IRS will begin accepting all tax returns who’s processing has been delayed due to late tax law changes as of today, February 14th 2011.
Tax Returns that have delayed processing include:
- Itemized Deductions or Schedule A
- Tuition and Fees Deduction Form 8917
- Educators Expense Deduction on Form 1040 line 23
- First Time Homebuyer’s Credit Repayment Form 5405 pg 2
