Terms and Conditions for R&G Brenner Referral Rewards Program

Reward Eligibility: Participants will receive $50 for each new client referred to R&G Brenner Tax + Accounting (RGB). A "new client" is defined as an individual or married couple filing jointly who has never received services from RGB and completes a tax return with a fee of $175 or more.

Participant Registration: To refer new clients, participants must:
Register online at www.rgbrenner.com/refer, or
Have their tax return prepared by RGB before making referrals.
Participants must provide a valid email address & cell number.

Referral Process:
Participants will receive a unique referral identifier upon registration or after having a tax return prepared by RGB.
This identifier must be provided by referred clients to their assigned RGB tax preparer.
Failure to do so may result in delayed, converted, or forfeited rewards.

Restrictions:
Participants cannot refer themselves.
Mutual referrals between participants and their referrals are not allowed.
Paid associates or employees of RGB, along with their spouses, significant others, or family members, are ineligible unless authorized in writing by RGB’s president, Benjamin K. Brenner.

Payment Terms:
Rewards will only be issued for referred clients who pay their quoted RGB fees in full by May 1st of the current tax season.
Participants agree to return any rewards received for referrals that fail to meet payment requirements or have $50 deducted per unpaid referral.

Reward Redemption:
Rewards can be redeemed for cash at RGB’s Executive Offices at 111 East Merrick Road, Valley Stream, NY, from April 16th to December 15th.
Rewards not collected by December 16th will be credited to the participant’s RGB account and can be used for future services.

Digital Payment Option:
As of January 1st, 2021 cash payments will not be distributed at branch offices.
Participants may opt to receive digital payments through an RGB-approved provider by December 15th of the current tax season.

Expiration and Program Changes:
This offer expires May 1st of the current tax season unless extended at RGB's discretion.
RGB reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
RGB reserves the right to remove any participant from the referral rewards program for any reason.

Other Terms: This program cannot be combined with other fee-reduction promotions or offers.
