About Erica
What makes this type of work worthwhile for me is not only meeting new people, but helping them by making sure that they receive all the tax credits that they qualify for; reduce their tax liability and by getting them the highest refund possible.
Because I started out in the Customer Service Department at R&G Brenner and now prepare taxes for the last 8 years, I understand the frustrations one goes through when going at this process alone. Being fluent in english and spanish I can cater to array of clients and If you're an employee or independent contractor feel confident that you are in the right hands. As my overall goal is to make sure you leave our appointment with a feeling of completion, certaintly and ease.
Again, my name is Erica Serrata, book an appointment with me today.
